"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Your comments are very kind, and much appreciated. Without trying to dig too deep, my basic purpose for uploading photos on DA is to champion the portral of female beauty as both natural (that is, an organic aspect of our experience here on earth), and an empathetic reflection of the nature of humanity (which I find innately beautiful). In my opinion, superficial beauty is truly superficial unless you also explore what's inside the model or photographer's head (or both). Take care.
